Shipping policy
1. order refund
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means, you have 30 days once you receive your items - if you don't want them will get your 1/2 of your money back. Each order is made to order. You must return all items to be refunded in new condition, not washed or worn.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it ships, you may receive a full refund.
2. order processing time/day
All orders will be sent out within 3-5 business days
Each order will receive a tracking number from the carrier you choose at checkout.
When your delivery is out we will update you.
3. Shipping Address Changes
if you would like to change the shipping address for your order please contact me by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped to the old address i can not alter the shipping address anymore.
4. Policies:
This policy is designed to ensure scheduling, securing your spot in customizing and the order process time; changes to such orders after finalization can be a penalty charge as it will affect the time of the order schedule. This policy also gives the the ensurement for custom request, relating to avoidance of difficult work loads of business operations
Large Orders:
A large order of 10-20 shirts and items over $350 requiring special customization or needing materials not typically in stock I will need to know a week or two weeks ahead to ensure you get them on time.
Payments:
-Deposits can be made with [ apple pay, cashapp, chime, paypal ]
-Payments due upfront, partial payments will delay the order process from being met on time.
- Custom items are non- refundable after it has been made
Notice period:
Large or custom orders must be placed at least 14 business days in advance. Orders submitted with less notice may incur a rush fee or may not be accepted, depending on availability.
